The Iron Man Cake

This cake I made for my oldest step son, I didn't wanted him to have yet another Spiderman cake, but I wanted to bake something great.

I didn't have much time, since I made this one right before I had to leave for work. So I made it real easy, I just frosted a cake and put this Iron Man on it.

I had to look for a while till I actually found this Iron Man, it is the new Iron Man from the 2nd movie.

more Dolls

I made a couple more dolls, and some dolls are a work in progress, so there will be more doll pictures to come.

This doll is supposed to be my husband, he always got this "Undertaker" look going on, and actually asked me to make his doll a little coat and hat to make him look like the Undertaker, and I consider it when I am finished with the other dolls.

This little guy was a little was a little harder since he had short hair, but I think he turned out great.

I put my name on the doll for future references.

The Filigree Fruit Cup

This one is from the www.wilton.com site, and I only had strawberries in my fridge, but I thought this one would be a really cute dessert for me and my husband.

Also it was a nice first try for this, I always wanted to try this one out and I might make this for a saturday dessert for me and my 3 boys (my husband and his kids).

The Halloween Wedding Cake

Of course I did not trust anybody but me to bake the perfect Wedding cake. Since me and my husband had a Halloween Wedding, I thought a black cake with white Lillie's would be appropriated.

The cake was a vanilla cake with a heart shaped chocolate mouse in the middle, I covered it with black fondant and white fondant Lillie's with green fondant leaves. The cake was small since we only invited a few close friends and family.

The Wedding was unforgettable great and different, I love my husband.

The NBA Trophy Cake

For my then boyfriend, now husbands 30th Birthday, I decided to bake him a NBA Trophy. I baked 3 round cakes and 2 half balls for this cake.

I secured the half ball cakes on top of the round cakes with a big tooth pick, after cutting the round cakes smaller and smaller so the ball on top wouldn't look too small. I cut quiet a big piece off.

Happy 30th Birthday James, I love you.

The Spongebob box

The birthday of a 7 year old, he wished for Spongebob in a chest cake, the cake didn't turn out as great as I had hoped.

But for the Spongbob I chose to make a little box and put Hershey Kisses in him, since I couldn't find any chocolate coins.
